Due to the differences in colour monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact colour or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
VIRSA strictly follows ‘NO refund’ policy. The option of cashback is not available. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We only refund in exceptional cases when our team advise to do so.
The Exchange Policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order and has received the parcel or payment has been processed.
It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified. After getting your exchange/return query, your request will be first checked by our relevant team, after assessment you will be offered an exchange (depending on the availability of the article).

The exchange / return policy is applicable on items sold on actual price. It is not applicable on the items sold during any Sale, special promotion or on discounted price. Similarly, Fragrances, Cosmetics and Intimate apparel cannot be exchanged. Damages due to negligence, improper usage or handling will not be covered under the exchange policy. Moreover, the exchange will be subject to the availability of item in our stock.
